2. Send this information to us.

3. Let us source properties matching your search criteria.

As soon as we receive your search criteria we will start compiling a list of properties that match your requirements. We will also liaise with you on all other matters concerning the purchasing of your property in Cyprus.  Our goal is for you to know exactly which properties you are going to inspect and to have all other necessary information before visiting us here in Cyprus.

4. Come out on an inspection trip/holiday.

Once you are 100% sure that all is in order, properties matching your criteria, finances in order and armed with all the knowledge you need, it is then time to book your inspection trip to Cyprus. We are more than happy to help with the booking of flights, accommodation etc.

5. Enjoy a couple of days inspecting your chosen properties.

Once you arrive in Cyprus there will be no pressure as you already know all there is to know and we will try and stick to an itinerary set by you. We are more than happy to give you a guided tour of your chosen areas before the inspection process begins.

6. Decide on a property.

At no time during your stay with us will you be subject to any pressure, we will do our best to find your dream home and we hope our properties will speak for themselves.

7. Meet the developer.

Once you have decided on a property an appointment will be made with the developer. This is a great time to learn about the developer and their various services. (Please note we only deal with registered developer’s with a proven track record in Cyprus.)

8. Agree on payment, terms etc.

Once the negotiation process is over and an agreement has been reached a contract will be drawn up. It is at this point that you will need to contact your solicitor. Most developers have solicitors whom they use or we can recommend one to you or of course you can choose your own.

9. Pay the initial holding deposit.

Once the negotiation process is over and a price has been agreed, you will need to pay a reservation fee which is usually around 2000cyp the reservation fee will enable the developer to take the property off the market so that no one else can put an offer on it.

10. Let after sales work for their money.

All our developers have fantastic after sales services and will be there for you, from the signing of the contract until you have taken possession of your property and beyond.
